Paul Mc Cartney pasó nueve días en cárcel por un taco de marihuana. Cuando quiso volver en el nuevo siglo , cogió un virus y tuvo que ser hospitalizado. Hasta que por fín el 18 de noviembre del 2013 hizo su espectacular concierto en el Tokyo Dom, Los Beatles habían actuado en el Budokan 1966.

Como parte de su gira “OUT THERE ”, Paul se presentó en el Tokyo Dome de Tokio y aprovechó para demostrar su apoyo por las víctimas del terremoto del 2011 invitando a 10 sobrevivientes de la catástrofe de Fukushima a su concierto. Tras la presentación, se juntó con ellos y escuchó sus historias.
Paul decía :
“En este momento, estamos enfocados en una gran cantidad de los problemas que Japón ha tenido, sobre todo en el último año o dos. Por lo tanto, siempre me gusta pensar que nuestros conciertos pueden tener un efecto curativo, que pueden ayudar a las personas que sufren de las crisis“
En el concierto hubo locura por Paul Mc Cartney.
